摘要
采用Nusselt凝结理论分析了套筒式冷却换热器内烟气冷凝过程中水蒸气的凝结机理 ,利用膜模型分析烟气冷凝过程中SO2 气体组分的行为。实验研究了烟气雷诺数、换热壁面温度及烟气中水蒸汽浓度等因素对脱硫效果的影响。
Basing on the Nusselt's condensation theory, vapor condensation was analyzed during flue-gas condensing in thimble-type heat-exchanger. Using double-film model, the behavior of SO 2 is analyzed while flue-gas has been condensing in heat-exchanger. It is experimentally studied that Re of flue-gas?the average temperature of heat exchange wall and concentration of vapor in flue-gas affect the desulfurization efficiency.
