摘要
本文介绍了有机涂层 金属体系性能与失效过程的研究和评价方法。电化学方法中电化学阻抗谱 (EIS)技术是目前最主要的研究方法之一 ,同时一些新的技术 (如局部电化学阻抗 (LEIS)、扫描Kelvin探针(SKP)技术等 )正在成为研究涂层体系性能的重要手段。一些非电化学方法的使用对研究和评价涂层性能与失效过程起到了补充的作用。除此 ,本文还简要介绍了涂层中水传输研究的两种模型 。
The study and evaluation methods of the performance and failure process of organic coatings/metal systems are reviewed.It is shown that electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) is one of the major techniques used in studies of organic coatings.Meanwhile other novel techniques such as localized electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (LHIS) and scanning Kelvin probe are proposed.Some traditional physio-chemical methods are used to provide complementary information in performance and failure characteristics of organic coatings. In addition, in the present paper two models treating with the water transport in organic coatings are briefly introduced.The aim of the work is to get deeper understanding in mechanismic information of organic coatings.
