摘要
以废蚕丝为原料,经精练、溶解、渗析器脱盐、喷雾干燥,制得了可溶性丝素蛋白。并对其氨基酸组成和相对分子质量分布进行了测定,同时用X-射线衍射(XRD)、红外光谱(IS)、圆二色性(CD)等手段,研究了可溶性丝素蛋白的结构。结果表明,可溶性丝素蛋白的分子构象以无规卷曲结构为主,聚集态结构呈无定形结构。
the soluble fibroin protein can be prepared with waste silk as raw material after degumming, dissolution, desalinationwith dialyzator and spraying drying. Then the amino acid components and relative molecular weight distribution of the solublefibroin protein are determined and the structure of it is researched by means of X-ray diffraction (XRD), infrared spectrum (IS)and circular dichroism (CD) and so on. The results show that the molecular conformation of the protein is mainly random coiland the structure of aggregating state is amorphous.
