摘要
在给定试验条件下,采用均匀设计表U 13(134)及其使用表来确定排矸石高强混凝土的试验配合比,可以通过尽量少次试验,达到较好的试验效果.选取水泥用量、水胶比、砂率三个因素作为变量,利用均匀设计软件包对抗压强度和劈裂抗拉强度分别进行回归分析,得到回归方程,进而可求出在给定试验条件下强度的最优值.该项研究成果具有推广利用价值和显著的社会效益、经济效益与环境效益.
In the experiment of given condition, the proportions in the mixture of high strength concrete was decide by utilizing uniform table U*13(134) and application table. Better experimental results can be obtained by a minimum of experiment .Three factors, such as amount of cement, waterglue ratio, sand rate were selected as variables. Regression equation was established by regression analysis of the compression strength and the split tensile strength separately utilizing uniform design package. Finally, the optimized figure of the strength in the given condition was obtained. The results are of social, economic and environmental benefits openning up a vista of application and dissemination.
