摘要
为了有效地防止输送带纵向撕裂事故,根据撕裂机理已研制成JGK-S型自动检控装置。它用A、B两种压力传感器,分别安装在料斗壁活动门上及输送带网架下方,遇到大块异物或长条铁钎时能及时监控。经几个港口、电厂使用表明,技术性能已达到设计要求。
An automatic monitoring device JGK-S is developed based on tearing mechanism to ensure effective preventation against longitudinal tear of conveyor belt. The device comprises sensors Aand B, installed respectively on the flipping gate of the bunker and under the belt frame. In case of presence of large foreign body or steel bar the sensors will actuate in time. Practice of application of several port terminals and power station shows that the performance of the device meets its design requirements.
