铁路起重机行驶横向动力学分析

摘要 本文在分析铁路起重机结构特点的基础上建立计算模型,介绍应用铁路车辆动力学现代理论计算起重机行驶动力稳定性和稳态曲线通过的一般方法,并以西南交通大学和山海关桥梁工厂联合研制的100t铁路起重机为例作实际计算。根据计算结果对该起重机最高行驶速度和通过小半径曲线的速度限制提出了建议。线路试验结果证明理论计算是正确的。 Present paper establishes computing model based on analysis of structural characteristics of railway crane, introduces a general method for calculating dynamic stability of railway crane during its travelling and running on a curve by applying modern theory of railway wagon dynamics. A 100t railway crane developed by combined effort of South-west Jiaotong University and Shanhaiguan Bridge Works is taken as an example of practical calculation. Based on result of calculation, proposal is made to limit the maximum travelling speed of the crane and the speed with which the crane can run on a curve with small radius. Track test proves that the theoretical calculation is correct.
