摘要
20例起搏器更换时心内参数测试结果提示,随起搏治疗时间的推移,与起搏有关的心内参数亦有规律的发生变化。心内膜电图ST段抬高幅度于起搏治疗的慢性反应期可有不同程度回复,而起搏阈值则持续增高并维持在起搏抬疗开始时的1至3倍。伴随心内膜电图ST段抬高幅度的减低而有起搏阈值相应增高,二者间存在非常显著的负相关系。
As the time of pacing treatment continues, the intracardiac parameters related to the cardiac pacing changes regularly. These distant changes were observed in 20 permanent pacemaker exchanging operations which were thaken 68 days to 4.5 years after initial pacemaker implantations. The results showed that in chronic pacing reaction period, the amplitude of ST elevation in endocardial electrogram decreased significantly. It suggested that the injury current caused by electrode in the early stage of pacing treatment could be recovered at a certain ranges as the pacing time continuing. But the pacing threshold remained in a higher level 1 to 3 times of the initial one. There was a very significant negative correlationship between ST segment decreasing and pacing threshold increasing (P<0.01).
