了解抗药性产生、发展机制对于合理使用杀虫剂和提高防治效果是非常必要的。抗药性通常被分为生理抗性和行为抗性,其中生理抗性表现为三个方面,代谢抗性、靶标抗性和穿透抗性。抗性的检测方法有多种,包括生物测量法、生物化学测量法和分子生物学测量法等,主要是检测敏感株和抗性株之间与抗性有关的各种变化。
Resistance to hygienic pesticides in many vector - pests is increasingly serious due to the extensive use of pesticides for both agricultural and vector control purposes. Considering the complex and worldwide probelm,it is important to understand the origin and development of the resistance mechanism. The resistance of hygienic pesticides are commonly divided into physiological resistance and behavior resistance. The three major mechanisms of physiological resistance are the metabolic resistance, the target resistance and the penetration resistance. Diverse assays have been used to estimate hygienic pesticides resistance, involving the bioassay, the biochemical assay and the molecular assay etc. They all devote to detect and monitor the changes between the susceptive and resistant strains.
