摘要
对不同采收时期的7个不同基因型烤烟果实外观性状、千粒重、种子萌发特性的差异进行了初步研究.结果表明,果实外观性状和千粒重因采收时期不同而异;发芽率和发芽势在基因型间存在着极显著差异,尤以K358最高;开花后20～25d采收的种子已具有较高的发芽能力,但开花30d以后采收的种子其萌发特性最好.
A preliminary study was conducted on external property of capsule,1 000seed weight and seed germination characteristics of seven fluecured tobacco varieties at different period of harvestThe results showed that external property of capsule and 1 000seed weight varied at different harvest;there existed highly significant differences among genotypes for percentage of germination and potentiality of seed, and K358 had the strongest ability of germination in particular The seeds harvested at 20～25 days after blooming had the higher ability of germination; however, the seeds with the best quality for sowing should be harvested 30 days after blooming
