摘要
从中国邮政储蓄制度的沿革入手,以政府为主体进行成本收益分析,提出在目前政府继续致力于解决通货紧缩和"三农"问题的宏观经济背景下,中国邮政储蓄制度改革可以有渐进和激进两条道路选择。
This paper describes the developing process of the CPSS(China Post-saving system),analyzes the cost and benefit of the government, puts forward two roads(gradual and radical)for the CPSS to be selected under such a macroeconomic background that the government keeps dealing with the problem of deflation and the problem of agriculture, countryside and peasantry.
