摘要
详细论述了单元法测定工作面各种瓦斯涌出源的涌出比例以及瓦斯浓度分布的原理和方法,该方法简单易行,便于推广.根据单元法实测知:“U”型通风工作面绝大部分从采空区涌出的瓦斯集聚在上隅角附近,而且上隅角也是整个采空区的漏风汇,因此,上隅角极易形成瓦斯积聚.为了有效地治理工作面上隅角积聚的瓦斯,提出旋转径向射流驱散工作面上隅角积聚瓦斯的新方法,可使上隅角积聚区瓦斯浓度在20min内下降到《煤矿安全规程》规定的1%以下.
The way and principle of the unit method measuring the ratio of different kind of gas emission and the gas concentration distribution were discussed in fully mechanized coalface. The method is simple and feasible in use. On the basis of unit method measuring data, most of gas emitting from the mine goaf in the ' U' ventilation coalface accumulates near the upper corner. What is more, the upper corner is the congestion of air leakage in the whole goaf. Therefore, the local accumulation of gas is very easy formed in upper corner. In order to clear off the upper-corner's gas accumulation in coalface effectively, a new method of the rotary radial-jet dispersing the upper-corner's gas accumulation was put forward, This method can make the gas concentration in upper-corner drop below 1% that is limited by Safety Regulations in Coal Mine within 20 minutes.
