摘要
通过红外光谱,紫外光谱和pH电位滴定分析方法研究了N-(β-羟乙基)恶唑烷(简称OX-2)在水溶液中的基本状态和其对铬鞣液酸碱性的影响。结景表明,OX-2在长期放置过程中有含双键的组份产生;在水溶液中以饱和环状结构和含双键的结构同时存在;将其加入铬液中,会使铬鞣液的浑浊数降低,浑浊点的pH值提高,可使铬鞣在较高的pH值下进行。
This paper discusses the state of N-(β-hydrolethyl) Oxazolidinc (OX-2) in water solution and its effect on the acid-base properties of chrome tanning liquor by means of IR-spectra, UV-spectra and pH potential titration. The results indicate that some double bond components oeeur in OX-2 after a long period or laying up; the saturated cyclic strueture and double bond structure co-exist in the water solution of OX-2. Addition of OX-2 to chrome tanning liquor can decrease the precipitation value and increase the pH value of precipctation point of the tanning liquor. The OX-2 will be a potential auxilliary agent, for chrome tanning which can be carried out at a higher pH condition.
