第1、2颈椎序列CT测量及其对寰枢脱位的诊断价值 被引量:4

摘要 ①目的 为临床提供寰枢脱位、半脱位的确诊依据。②方法 行正常人第 1、2颈椎序列的CT测量 ,得出正常数据。另对 2 5例寰枢脱位、半脱位病人的CT影像进行回顾性分析。③结果 正常组寰齿关节间隙、齿突与双侧侧块间距差、寰枕线与齿轴线的交角分别为 (0 .16± 0 .0 3)cm、(0 .2 0± 0 .18)cm、(6 9.6± 5 .6 )°。 2 5例寰枢脱位、半脱位CT检查表现为寰齿关节间隙 >2 .0mm ,脊椎椎管前后缘连线相错 ,齿突与寰椎侧块关系双侧不对称 ,并有寰枢外侧关节位置改变。④结论 第 1、2颈椎序列的CT扫描对寰枢脱位。 Objective To provide diagnostic bases for dislocation or subluxation of atlantoaxial joint. Methods A CT measurement of normal C 1,2 array was made, normal data obtained. The CT images of 25 cases with subluxation or dislocation of atlas were analyzed retrospectively. Results Normal data: the atlanto-odontoid interspace, the gap between odontoid and the two lateral mass, the corner of atlantooccipitalis and odonntoid lines was (0.16±0.03)cm, (0.20±0.18)cm and (69.6±5.6)°, respectively. The manifestations of 25 cases with dislocation or subluxation of atlas were: atlanto-odontoid interspace was more than 2.0 mm, the connecting line of spinal front and trailing edge was not on a line. The relation between dens and the two lateral mass was not symmetrical, and the position of the lateral joint of atlas changed. Conclusion CT scans of C 1,2 array is of definitely diagnostic value for dislocation or subluxation of atlantoaxial jiont.
