摘要
利用季戊四醇与丙烯酸,采用酸醇酯化法合成了季戊四醇三丙烯酸酯,并讨论了催化剂用量、酸醇摩尔比、阻聚剂用量对产率的影响,用红外光谱进行了定性分析,通过正交实验得到最佳合成条件为:酸/醇摩尔比为3.6,催化剂质量分数为2.5%,阻聚剂质量分数为1.5%.
Pentaerythritol triacrylate(PETA) is prepared with pentaerythriol and acrylic acid by esterification method.The effect of catalyst content, inhibitor content ,mole ratio of acrylic acid and pentaerythriol on the yield of the product are discussed. The optimum process condition are as follows: the mole ratio of acrylic acid and pentaerythritol is 3.6,catalyst content is 2.5%, inhibitor content is 1.5%.
