磺胺二甲嘧啶的二阶导数差示脉冲极谱法定量研究

摘要 本文研究建立了磺胺二甲嘧啶及其制剂的二阶导数差示脉冲极谱定量测定方法,磺胺二甲嘧啶在乙醇—硼酸—氯化钾缓冲液—水(70:2:28)的底液中,于—1.560V(vs Ag/AgCl)处出现良好的二阶导数差示脉冲极谱峰,在0.06—0.6mmol/L范围内磺胺二甲嘧啶浓度与其峰幅度值呈非常显著的线性关系(p<0.01),检测限为9.2mmol/L。 Secondary derivative differential pulse polaragrophy was used for the quantitative analysis of sulfadimidine and its preparation. It was found that a well defined peak was obtained in alcol-boricacid-potassium chloride buffer solution (70 :2 : 28)at a potential of-1. 560V(Vs Ag/Agch), An excellent lineal relationship was obtained between the concentration of 0. 06--0. 6mmol/L and the peak amplitude.The detection Limit of this method was 9. 2nmol/L.
