摘要
知识管理是经济时代一种全新的管理模式。图书馆应从理念创新、服务创新以及角色转变等方面进行管理体系的创新。但此创新不应是主观随意行为 ,要从实际出发 ;要借鉴国外先进的吸纳人才、管理人才和激励人才的体制。
Knowledge management is a totally new mode of management in the economic times. Libraries should practice the innovation of management system by innovating their concept, service and transiting their roles. Libraries should take innovative measures according to the real situation, and learn from the domestic and foreign systems of how to attract, manage and stimulate intellectuals.
