摘要
目的 :了解我国社区普通人群饮酒相关问题的患病率和主要社会损害。方法 :应用半定式健康状况调查表和酒依赖及相关问题筛查问卷 ,调查 2 4992例受试饮酒相关的心理社会和躯体疾病 ,应用DSM-III-R诊断标准 ,对 1874例问题饮酒者进行酒精所致精神疾病的诊断。结果 :酒精所致精神障碍的男性、女性和总体时点患病率分别为 9 0 %、 0 2 %和 5 1% ;酒依赖时点患病率分别为 6 62 5 %、 0 2 0 0 %和3 797% ;三月急性醉酒率分别是 14 2 3 7%、 0 745 %和 8 2 99% ,均是男性高于女性。酒依赖者的社会损害严重于问题饮酒者。躯体损害以胃炎或胃溃疡和腰背痛的发生率最高。结论 :饮酒相关问题已严重影响着我国人民的身心健康 ,需要得到政府、社会团体和医务工作者的极大关注 ,以采取相应措施进行有效防治。
Objective:To study alcohol related physical and psychiatric conditions, and psychosocial damages due to drinking Method:By cluster sampling, a total of 1874 problem drinkers were screened out of 24992 community residents aged 15 years or above with APST (alcohol related problems screening test) Based on DSM-III-R criteria, 1284 individuals from the 1874 were diagnosed having mental disorders caused by alcohol Result:The point prevalence rates of mental disorders caused by alcohol were 9 0%, 0 2% and 5 1% for male, female and the whole sample respectively The rates of alcohol dependence in the three groups above were 6 6%, 0 2% and 3 8% respectively The three-month rates of acute alcohol intoxication were 14 2%, 0 7% and 8 3% respectively In the above three indexes, male had significant higher rates than female The rates of family members' opposing drinking, loss of memory after drinking and failure on abstaining were higher than other items of APST in both individuals with alcohol dependence or problem drinking The psychosocial damages were more severe in alcohol dependent persons than just problem drinkers The one year prevalence of gastritis/ulcer and disc protrusion/back pain in both problem drinkers and alcohol dependents were the highest among all physical conditions related to alcohol drinking Conclusion:Alcohol related problems impact severely on drinkers' health, especially on problem/heavy drinkers
