摘要
随着知识经济时代的到来、世界性区域经济一体化进程的加快 ,区域经济的发展和区域分工格局的形成越来越取决于区域竞争力的差异 ,而区域竞争力的强弱归根到底是产业和企业的创新能力问题。资源型区域目前面临着区域经济转型发展、可持续发展能力建设、培育区域竞争能力、构建区域创新环境等多重艰巨任务 ,只有增强区域创新能力 ,才能实现经济可持续发展。
With the advent of intellectual economy, the expedited process of economic globalization and regional syndication, the development and formation of work division have been more and more relying on the difference in regional competition, whose competence, in the final analysis, is an issue of the innovative capability of an industry or an enterprise. Regions rich in resources are facing hard tasks in regional economical transition and development, in the construction of sustainable development capability, in the accumulation of regional competitiveness, and in the structuring of regional innovative circumstances. Only by increasing regional creative capability can economic sustainable development be realized.
