摘要
为适应我国行政体制改革和加入WTO的要求,就必须重视政府绩效评估。目前我们要建立完整的政府绩效评估内容、程序和方法,使政府绩效评估走向制度化、规范化和科学化的道路。
Governmental performance must be emphasized to meet the requirement of Chinese administration system reform and WTO entry. We must set up complete contents and procedures and methods of governmental performance evaluation to establish systematic and standard and scientific governmental performance evaluation.
