摘要
现代生活中人们离不开计算机和网络 ,计算机和网络的发展给人类带来了无限的生机、方便和享受 ,但同时也带来一些负面效应 ,存在着一些危及人类生活、生存的隐患和问题 ,共论及了十个方面的问题。
Computers and networks are essential to the modern life. Their development brings human limited chances, convenience and enjoyment and the negative effect as well. There exist some hidden dangers and problems endangering human being. The paper discusses ten problems.
