摘要
从超临界流体色谱是以超临界流体作为流动相的一种新颖的色谱分离模式 ,以其流动相的特殊性质而在分离分析领域占有一席之地的实际出发 ,对近十年来超临界流体色谱在生物工程领域中的应用及其发展动态进行了分析和综述。
Considering that the supercritical fluid chromatograph is a new kind of chromatograph separating model with the supercritical fluid as its flowing phase and plays an important role in the field of separation and analysis because of its special nature of flowing phase, the paper analyses and reviews the application of the supercritical fluid chromatograph in the biological engineering field in the last ten years and its developing trend.
