摘要
观察海力特(Hailite)的抗肿瘤作用及对机体免疫功能的影响。结果表明,海力特60,120mg·kg^(-1)对小鼠S_(180)实体瘤及小鼠肝癌H_(22)均有明显抑制作用(P<0.01);海力特10,20,40,80mg·kg^(-1)能明显促进小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能及提高血清溶血素含量,并能显著增强T淋巴细胞增殖活性及NK细胞杀伤靶细胞的活性,明显增加脾脏T细胞产生IL-2的能力。
To Observe antineoplastic effect of Hailite and its influence on immunologic function in mice . The results showed that Hailite (60, 120mg -· kg-1) had obvious inhibitive effects on mice bearing S180 and hepatic carcinoma H22 (P <0. 01). Halite(10,20,40,80mg · kg-1) promoted obviously Phagocytic function of celiac macrophages of mice and increased the content of hemolysin in serum, and also strengthened obviously proliferative activity of T lymphocytes and activities of killing target cells by NK cells, and improved capacity to produce IL-2 by T cells in the spleen of mice.
