摘要
依据混合式步进电机的细分电流控制原理,针对细分控制中的缺陷,分析出步进电机高速运转时电流不能快速达到稳定状态是影响系统动态性能的主要原因,提出一种闭环的优化细分控制方法。实验验证,这种方法有效地提高了系统性能。
According to the control principles of subdivision current in hybrid stepper motor and aimed at the shortcomings in the microstepping control, the primary reasons that influence the dynamic performance to keep the current in a steady state when the motor is running at a fast speed are analyzed. An optimized subdivision method of closed loop is presented. The results of the experiment confirms that this method improves the reliability of the system efficiently.
