Synthesis of Pyrimidines with Potential Bioactivity Carrying Nitrogen-containing Benzoheterocycles

摘要 4种苯并含氮杂环化合物分别与氯乙酰氯反应,得到相应的N 氯乙酰取代的衍生物 在相转移催化剂四丁基碘化铵(TBAI)的作用下,经亲核取代反应,4种N 氯乙酰取代的苯并含氮杂环化合物通过醚键的形成被引入嘧啶结构.合成了7个新嘧啶类化合物,并经过MS,IR,1H,13CNMR和元素分析得到确认. Four types of nitrogencontaining benzoheterocycles rspectively react with chloroacetyl chloride to synthesize corresponding Nchloroacetylsubstituted derivatives. With the help of phase transfer catalyst tetrabutylammonium iodide (TBAI), and by means of nucleophilic substitution, four types of Nchloroacetylsubstituted nitrogencontaining benzoheterocycles were introduced into pyrimidines by the formation of ether. Seven new pyrimidine derivatives were synthesized, the structures of them were identified by MS, IR, 1H, 13C NMR and elemental analysis.
