摘要
4种苯并含氮杂环化合物分别与氯乙酰氯反应,得到相应的N 氯乙酰取代的衍生物 在相转移催化剂四丁基碘化铵(TBAI)的作用下,经亲核取代反应,4种N 氯乙酰取代的苯并含氮杂环化合物通过醚键的形成被引入嘧啶结构.合成了7个新嘧啶类化合物,并经过MS,IR,1H,13CNMR和元素分析得到确认.
Four types of nitrogencontaining benzoheterocycles rspectively react with chloroacetyl chloride to synthesize corresponding Nchloroacetylsubstituted derivatives. With the help of phase transfer catalyst tetrabutylammonium iodide (TBAI), and by means of nucleophilic substitution, four types of Nchloroacetylsubstituted nitrogencontaining benzoheterocycles were introduced into pyrimidines by the formation of ether. Seven new pyrimidine derivatives were synthesized, the structures of them were identified by MS, IR, 1H, 13C NMR and elemental analysis.
