摘要
以中医扶正活血法为主 ,分期辨证 ,内外结合 ,中西医结合治疗糖尿病足坏疽。结果 :71例患者临床痊愈 4 3例 ,显效 17例 ,有效 4例 ,无效 7例 ,总有效率 90 1% ,截肢率 2 8%。平均痊愈时间 (94 6± 6 9 3)天。
Health-supporting and blood-activating therapy plus syndrome differentiation in stage was used to treat 71 cases of diabetic foot gangrene. Results: 43 cases were cured, 17 cases got marked effects, 4 cases got effectiveness, 7 cases failed and the total effective rate was 90.1%; the amputation rate was 2.8%; the average cure time was (94.6±69.3) days.
