单壁碳纳米管的电子结构及卷曲效应

摘要 考虑卷曲效应后,研究了单壁碳纳米管的电子结构及其电子结构与管径和螺旋度的关系.研究表明,卷曲效应对单壁碳纳米管的电子结构有重要的影响。 The curvature effect on electronic structures of single - wall carbon nanotubes has been studied. The relations between the electronic structures and the tube - diameters and chiralities have been discussed. It is proved that curvature effect has very important effect on electronic structures of single - wall carbon nanotubes.
