摘要
为了克服传统的加速度计动态测试方法的不足 ,提出了一种借助于静电力来获得加速度计动态特性的方法 ,对这种方法进行了理论分析和试验研究 ,给出了利用该方法得到的加速度计频率特性曲线 ,并与在标准振动台上得到的结果进行了比较 ,结果表明其误差小于 1.9%。
An electrostatic method is proposed to determine the dynamic characteristics of capacitance accelerometers. Theoretical and experimental studies are carried out by the method. A curve of the dynamic characteristics of the accelerometer is given and compared with the results obtained from an ordinary vibro-bench.
