摘要
目前水工建筑物灌浆施工规范规定 ,接缝灌浆时灌区两侧混凝土龄期应多于 6个月 ,这一规定往往给拱坝施工带来相当的困难。本文从坝体和接缝浆体的强度和坝体温度控制等方面进行较深入的分析后 ,认为这一规定过于保守 ,如果中间坝块适当超冷、两岸基础坝块适当提高灌浆时混凝土温度 ,则有可能把接缝灌浆时两旁混凝土龄期从 6个月减少到 1~ 2个月 ,从而使拱坝提前蓄水 4~
The specifications of dam constructions stipulate that age of the concrete of th e dam blocks must be not less than 6 months when the joints are to be grouted. A fter the problems of the strength of dam concrete, the strength of the cement ge l in the joint and the temperature loads in the arch dam having been studied, it is concluded that the required age of concrete of the dam blocks for joint grou ting may be shortened to 1~2 months if the temperatures in the dam blocks are a djusted as given by formulas(20) and (24) for the blocks in the abutments and th ose in the middle part of the dam, respectively.
