摘要
应用ASPENPLUS软件对催化裂化分馏单元进行模拟 ,获得了与现场标定一致的数据。根据计算结果 ,对分馏塔操作中存在的问题做出分析 ,提出解决方案 ,同时进行了主分馏塔的水力学核算。结果表明 ,对分馏塔做局部改造将能更好地满足目前及今后 1 0Mt/a生产能力的要求。
The paper simulates the distillation process in FCC UNIT by the software ASPEN PLUS and achieves consistent result with records from the demarcation of site. According to the calculation, the paper analyzes the operating problems of fractionation column and put forward the solutions. Also, hydraulic calculation of main fractionation column was made. Results show that partial revamp of fractionation column could meet the requirements of processing capacity at present and 1.0?Mt/a in the future.
