摘要
本研究以实验室自制的纳米二氧化硅和胶体二氧化硅为颜料,采用聚乙烯醇为胶黏剂。通过改变两种二氧化硅颜料的用量,制备4组涂料;经过涂布、干燥、压光,得到4种喷墨打印涂布纸。通过涂料黏度、涂层的微观结构、涂布纸的物理性能、喷墨打印质量、涂层吸收性和动态渗透性分析,研究纳米二氧化硅对喷墨打印纸涂层性能的影响。结果表明,二氧化硅水溶胶的使用可减少胶黏剂的用量,将涂布纸的光泽度和平滑度分别提高至101.8%和82.7%。胶体二氧化硅与二氧化硅水溶胶以40∶60比例复配制备的涂布纸具有均匀的微孔隙结构,此时渗透性、吸水性和印刷性能最优,同时发现涂布纸表面的微观结构与纸张的性能有良好的相关性。
In the study,Silica Sol,which was laboratory self-made,and colloidal silica were used as the pigment and PVA was used as the binder.It was investigated how nano-silica influenced the properties of the inkjet paper coating.Four groups of coating were prepared with changing the dosage of the two kinds of silica.By analyzing the viscosity of coating,the SEM,physical properties,inkjet printing quality,water absorption and dynamic permeability,the influence of nano-silica on inkjet paper coating was studied.The results showed the silica sol can reduce the dosage of binder,improve the gloss and smoothness of coated papers by 101.8%and 82.7%,respectively.When the ratio of colloidal silica and silica sol is 40 to 60,the coated paper has a uniform microporous structure,and has the best permeability,water absorption and printing performance.Meantime,it is found that the microstructure of coated has good correlation with performances of paper.
