摘要
目的通过分析现有中医四诊信息采集设备、方法,探索新一代中医四诊信息采集系统,实现对中医四诊信息自动化、全息化采集。方法前端使用视音频通用设备,实时采集中医临床四诊数据,同时利用大数据流式计算、Hadoop分布式储存等关键技术完成动态数据处理功能。结果完成中医四诊信息自动化采集,形成中医四诊信息的大数据仓库。结论通过对中医临床信息的便捷式采集、存储和处理,构建大数据仓库,以便后期数据应用和临床验证,为开发中医辨证论治的四诊辅助系统提供新的思路。
Objective By analyzing the existing information collection methods and methods of four diagnostics of traditional Chinese medicine,we explored a new generation of four diagnostic information collection systems for Chinese medicine,and realized the automation and holographic collection of the four diagnostic information of Chinese medicine.Methods The front-end uses video and audio universal equipment to collect the clinical diagnosis data of TCM in real time.At the same time,it uses the key technologies such as big data streaming computing and Hadoop distributed storage to complete the dynamic data processing function.Results Complete the automatic collection of four diagnostic information of Chinese medicine,and form a big data warehouse for the four diagnostic information of Chinese medicine.Conclusion Through the convenient collection,storage and processing of TCM clinical information,the big data warehouse is constructed for later data application and clinical verification,which provides a new idea for the development of four diagnostic aid systems for TCM syndrome differentiation.
