摘要
目的对股骨转子间骨折内固定手术的临床护理配合进行分析。方法以该院股骨转子间骨折内固定手术患者80例为研究对象,选取时间为2017年12月—2018年12月之间,按照随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和观察组各40例,采用常规护理用于对照组,采用临床护理品配合用于观察组,对比两组的治疗效果。结果对比两组的术中各项指标和并发症,对照组的手术时间和住院时间长于观察组,术中出血量大于观察组,并发症发生率高于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于股骨转子间骨折内固定手术患者,采用临床护理配合能改善患者术中各项指标,缩短住院时间,降低并发症,具有临床价值。
Objective To analyze the clinical nursing cooperation of internal fixation for intertrochanteric fracture of femur.Methods 80 patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture treated by internal fixation in our hospital were selected from December 2017 to December 2018.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into control group and observation group,40 cases in each group.Routine nursing was used in control group and clinical nursing was used in observation group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results Comparing the intraoperative indicators and complications of the two groups,the operation time and hospitalization time of the control group were longer than those of the observation group,the intraoperative bleeding volume was larger than that of the observation group,and the incidence of complications was higher than that of the observation group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients undergoing internal fixation of intertrochanteric fracture of femur,clinical nursing cooperation can improve the operation indicators,shorten the hospital stay and reduce complications,which has clinical value.
