摘要
目的探析针对小儿过敏性紫癜采用紫草方熏洗双下肢的辅助治疗的效果。方法以该院2017年4月—2019年1月接收的小儿过敏性紫癜者86例为研究对象,根据数字随机法分设组别。行常规疗法治疗对比组,在对比组的基础上,行紫草方熏洗双下肢辅助治疗研究组。观察两组的治疗效果、病症改善情况。结果研究组患者的治疗有效率为95.35%,明显高于对比组的79.07%;研究组的皮疹消失时间、关节肿痛消失时间等情况均明显短于对比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对小儿过敏性紫癜者行紫草方熏洗双下肢的辅助治疗,能取得较好的治疗效果,有助于患儿病情改善,加快机体恢复。
Objective To analyze the effect of adjuvant treatment of pediatric allergic purpura with lavender and fumigation.Methods 86 cases of pediatric allergic purpura received by our hospital from April 2017 to January 2019 were studied,and the group was divided according to the digital random method.The conventional group was treated with the conventional group,and on the basis of the comparison group,the scutellaria side fumigation and washing lower limbs auxiliary treatment research group was performed.The therapeutic effects and improvement of the symptoms of the two groups were observed.Results The effective rate of the study group was 95.35%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(79.07%).The disappearance time of the rash and the disappearance time of joint swelling and pain in the study group were significantly shorter than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The adjuvant treatment of pediatric allergic purpura with shikonin fumigation and washing lower limbs can achieve better therapeutic effect,help the child’s condition to improve and accelerate the recovery of the body.
