摘要
目的探讨综合急诊护理对骨质疏松致压缩性骨折患者下肢功能及生活质量的影响效果。方法选取2017年8月—2019年1月到该院就诊的78例骨质疏松致压缩性骨折患者进行该次实验,根据随机数字表的方法,患者被划分成对照组与实验组,各39例。对照组运用常规急诊护理模式,实验组采取综合急诊护理方法,比较两组的术后下床活动时间、术后住院时间、术后活动评分、护理满意度。结果实验组的术后下床活动时间、术后住院时间低于对照组,术后疼痛个评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),实验组的护理满意度(97.44%)高于对照组(82.05%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合急诊护理模式会加快骨质疏松致压缩性骨折患者下肢功能的恢复,病人的日常生活能力会逐渐提高,生活质量优良,尽快回归到正常的社会生活中。
Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive emergency nursing on lower limb function and quality of life in patients with osteoporosis induced compression fracture.Methods 78 patients with compressive fracture caused by osteoporosis who visited our hospital from August 2017 to January 2019 were selected for this experiment.According to the method of random number table,the patients were divided into control group and experimental group,with 39 cases each.The control group was treated with conventional emergency nursing mode,while the experimental group was treated with comprehensive emergency nursing method.The postoperative activity time,postoperative hospitalization time,postoperative activity score and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The postoperative time of getting out of bed and postoperative hospitalization in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the postoperative pain score was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the nursing satisfaction in the experimental group(97.44%)was higher than that in the control group(82.05%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive emergency nursing model will accelerate the recovery of lower limb function in patients with compressive fracture caused by osteoporosis,and the patients’daily life ability will gradually improve and the quality of life will be fine,and they will return to normal social life as soon as possible.
