摘要
目的分析早期综合护理对长期卧床老年患者下肢静脉血栓的影响。方法资料选取2018年2月—2019年2月的60例长期卧床老年患者,按照护理方式分为观察组(30例,早期综合护理)和对照组(30例,常规护理);比较两者护理效果情况。结果观察组下肢静脉血栓的概率3.33%(1/30)显著低于对照组16.67%(5/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经护理,两组大小腿周径均减小,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组大小腿周径改善情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早期综合护理可实现有效预防长期卧床老年后下肢深静脉血栓的发生率。
Objective To analyze the effect of early comprehensive nursing on lower extremity venous thrombosis in elderly patients with long-term bed rest.Methods Data were collected from 60 elderly patients with long-term bed-ridden patients from February 2018 to February 2019.According to the nursing method,it was divided into observation group(30 cases,early comprehensive nursing)and control group(30 cases,routine nursing);Compare the effects of the two treatments.Results The probability of venous thrombosis in the lower extremity was 3.33%(1/30)in the observation group,which was significantly lower than that in the control group(16.67%(5/30)).After nursing,the diameter of the legs in both groups decreased(P<0.05).The improvement of the size and leg circumference of the study group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Early comprehensive nursing can effectively prevent the incidence of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities after prolonged bed rest.
