高频超声在膝关节骨关节炎早期诊断中的临床应用研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的探究将高频超声应用于膝关节骨关节炎鉴别中的价值,评价其应用意义。方法回顾性分析2015年2月—2016年5月期间于该院接受治疗的膝关节骨关节炎患者60例,所有患者入院后均经过病理检查确诊为膝骨性骨关节炎,在患者入院后对其进行超声影像检查,以术后病理诊断结果为标准,分析超声影像检查的临床应用效果。结果手术病理诊断结果显示,60例患者中25例为关节液合并滑膜增生,28例为关节软骨病变,7例为骨质增生。超声诊断结果显示19例为关节液合并滑膜增生,漏诊4例,误诊2例;32例为关节软骨病变,漏诊1例,误诊5例;6例为骨质增生,误诊1例,诊断准确率为78.33%。结论高频超声膝关节骨关节炎的准确率较高,同时在对膝关节骨关节炎患者的具体病症进行病症明确时,具有较好的临床诊治效果,临床上可将其作为膝关节骨关节炎的辅助诊断方式,在进行诊断时,也需要配合患者的临床病症,对病情进行分析,从而提升诊断准确率。 Objective To explore the value of high-frequency ultrasound in the differentiation of knee osteoarthritis and evaluate its clinical significance.Methods From February 2015 to May 2016,60 patients with osteoarthritis of the knee who were treated in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed.All patients were diagnosed as osteoarthritis of the knee by pathological examination after admission.After admission,the patients were examined by ultrasonic imaging.Results The results of surgical and pathological diagnosis showed that among the 60 cases,25 cases were synovial fluid with synovial hyperplasia and 28 cases were articular cartilage disease.There were 7 cases of hyperosteogeny.The results of ultrasonic diagnosis showed that 19 cases were synovial hyperplasia,4 cases were missed diagnosis,2 cases were misdiagnosed,32 cases were articular cartilage disease,1 case missed diagnosis,5 cases were misdiagnosed,6 cases were hyperosteogeny,1 case was misdiagnosed,the accuracy of diagnosis was 78.33%.Conclusion The accuracy of high-frequency ultrasound in knee osteoarthritis is high,and it has better clinical diagnosis and treatment effect when the specific disease of knee joint osteoarthritis is confirmed.In the course of diagnosis,it is also necessary to cooperate with the clinical symptoms of the patients and analyze the condition of knee joint osteoarthritis.And improve the accuracy of diagnosis.
