摘要
目的分析放射性核素显像诊断下肢深静脉血栓形成效果。方法将该院2017年2月—2018年3月接收的疑似下肢深静脉血栓形成(DVT)患者70例纳入至该次研究中,所有患者分别采用99Tcm-大颗粒聚合白蛋白(99Tcm-MAA)核素静脉显像(RNV)和磁共振成像(MRI),对2种诊断方式诊断效果进行比较。结果在诊断准确性、灵敏度和特异度方面,放射性核素显像分别是97.14%、92.86%和85.71%;磁共振成像分别是85.71%、80.00%和71.43%,放射性核素显像均较磁共振成像更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论下肢深静脉血栓形成诊断过程中,放射性核素显像具有较高的诊断准确率,而且可以将患者疾病状况清楚的显示出来,以便更好地诊断和治疗疾病,值得进一步采纳和推广。
Objective To analyze the effect of radionuclide imaging in the diagnosis of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities. Methods Seventy patients with suspected deep vein thrombosis(DVT) of the lower extremity received in our hospital from February 2017 to March 2018 were enrolled in this study. All the patients were diagnosed by 99 Tcm-macroparticle polymerized albumin(99 Tcm-MAA) radionuclide venography(RNV) and magnetic resonance imaging(MRI). Results In terms of diagnostic accuracy, sensitivity and specificity, radionuclide imaging was 97.14%, 92.86% and 85.71% respectively, while magnetic resonance imaging was 85.71%, 80.00% and 71.43%, respectively. Radionuclide imaging was higher than magnetic resonance imaging, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion Radionuclide imaging has a high diagnostic accuracy in the diagnosis of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity, and can clearly show the patient’s disease status, so as to better diagnose and treat the disease, which is worthy of further adoption and promotion.
