摘要
目的分析在老年下肢骨折患者治疗中采用髓内固定术的临床治疗效果以及不良反应发生率。方法该次研究选取2016年5月—2018年5月该院74例老年下肢骨折患者,分为外固定组与内固定住,外固定组患者采用髓外钉板固定术患者,内固定组患者采用髓内固定术患者,对比两组患者临床效果以及不良反应发生率。结果对比两组患者临床治疗指标,并将其作为治疗质量、不良反应、生活质量评分的对比依据,统计研究数据得知,内固定组患者临床各项指标均较为优异,且与外固定组患者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在老年下肢骨折患者治疗中采用髓内固定术,对患者临床效果的提高具有积极意义,为有效治疗方案。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect and incidence of adverse reactions of intramedullary fixation in the treatment of elderly patients with lower limb fractures. Methods This study selected 74 elderly patients with lower limb fractures in our hospital from May 2016 to May 2018 and divided them into external fixation group and internal fixation group. Patients in the external fixation group were treated with intramedullary nailing and patients in the internal fixation group were treated with intramedullary fixation. The clinical effect and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The clinical treatment indexes of the two groups were compared and used as the basis for the comparison of treatment quality, adverse reactions and quality of life scores. The statistical data showed that the clinical indexes of the patients in the internal fixation group were excellent, and there were statistical differences between the patients in the external fixation group and the patients in the internal fixation group(P <0.05). Conclusion Intramedullary fixation in the treatment of elderly patients with lower limb fractures is of positive significance to improve the clinical effect of the patients and is an effective treatment plan.
