摘要
目的探讨康复护理干预在糖尿病患者中的护理效果及对血糖波动的影响。方法选择2017年1月—2018年1月该院收治的糖尿病患者118例,根据护理方法不同分为对照组和观察组,每组59例。对照组给予糖尿病常规治疗及护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用康复护理干预。测量并统计两组干预前、后空腹血糖和餐后2 h血糖,比较两组护理对血糖波动的影响;采用生存质量特异性量表(DSQL)评估患者的生存质量,比较两组DSQL评分。结果观察组和对照组干预后的空腹血糖和餐后2 h血糖均低于干预前(P<0.05),其中观察组干预后血糖控制情况优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组和对照组干预后DSQL评分均低于干预前(P<0.05),其中观察组的生存质量改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论康复护理干预有助于糖尿病患者控制血糖,提升生存质量,值得推广应用。
Objective To explore the nursing effect of rehabilitation nursing intervention in diabetic patients and its influence on blood glucose fluctuations. Methods One hundred and eighteen patients with diabetes admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to different nursing methods. There were 59 cases in each group. The control group was given routine treatment and care for diabetes, and the observation group was treated with rehabilitation nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.Measure and count the two groups of intervention before and after fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose, compare the effects of two groups of nursing on blood glucose fluctuations; using quality of life specific scale(DSQL) to assess the quality of life of patients, compare the two groups DSQL score. Results Fasting blood glucose and2 h postprandial blood glucose were lower in the observation group and the control group than before the intervention(P<0.05). The blood glucose control in the observation group after intervention was better than that in the control group(P<0.05); the observation group and the control group. The scores of DSQL after group intervention were lower than those before intervention(P<0.05), and the quality of life improvement in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Rehabilitation nursing intervention can help diabetics to control blood glucose and improve their quality of life. It is worthy of popularization and application.
