摘要
目的观察分析护理干预对微创手术治疗踝关节骨折效果的影响。方法将该院2016年8月—2017年4月收治的58例踝关节骨折患者进行全面综合护理干预,同时观察患者康复情况。结果以Baird-Jack Son踝关节评分系统为依据,研究结果显示58例踝关节骨折患者中含44例优,10例良,4例可,优良率为93.1%,其中未有患者出现切口感染、神经血管损伤等并发症。结论有效护理干预对微创手术治疗踝关节骨折效果具有重要意义,可有助于患者尽早康复,同时还可进一步提高治疗效果,值得广泛应用。
Objective To observe and analyze the effect of nursing intervention on the effect of minimally invasive surgery for the treatment of ankle fracture. Methods A total of 58 patients with ankle fractures treated in our hospital from August 2016 to April 2017 were undergone comprehensive comprehensive nursing interventions. At the same time,the patients were observed for rehabilitation. The results were based on the Baird-Jack Son ankle joint scoring system.The results showed that in 58 cases of ankle fractures, 44 cases were excellent, 10 cases were good, and 4 cases were acceptable. Conclusion Effective nursing intervention is of great significance to the effect of minimally invasive surgery for the treatment of ankle fracture. It can help patients to recover as soon as possible, and at the same time it can further improve the treatment effect, which is worthy of extensive application.
