摘要
目的研究妊娠和分娩对盆底功能的影响,观察早期盆底康复治疗的近期疗效。方法选取该院自2015年2月—2016年10月收治的66例产妇,按分娩方式分为阴道分娩组和剖宫产组,各33例,在产后第7周检查两组的盆底功能情况,并给予盆底康复治疗,比较治疗前后盆底肌电压和肌力。结果两组产妇产后的阴道压力、盆底肌疲劳度及盆底肌分类均差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后产妇的盆底肌力Ⅰ类(4.10±0.47)级,Ⅱ类(4.08±0.51)级,肌电压(14.26±3.96)μV均高于治疗前[(1.09±0.55)级,(1.72±0.48)级,(6.72±1.83)μV],且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妊娠和分娩会使产妇的盆底肌力和阴道肌力减弱,肌肉疲劳度、产后POP和SUI增大,早期盆底康复治疗能够明显改善盆底功能,有利于产妇身体恢复。
Objective To study the effect of pregnancy and delivery on the pelvic floor function, observe the curative effect of early pelvic floor rehabilitation therapy. Methods 66 cases of pregnant women in our hospital from February 2015 to October 2016, according to the mode of delivery were divided into vaginal delivery group and the cesarean section group, 33 cases each, check the situation of the two groups in the pelvic floor function after seventh weeks, and give the pelvic floor rehabilitation treatment voltage and pelvic floor muscle strength before and after. Results Two groups of maternal postpartum vaginal pressure, there were no significant differences in pelvic floor muscle fatigue and pelvic muscle classification(P>0.05); type of maternal pelvic floor muscle strength after treatment(4.10±0.47), class II(4.08±0.51), muscle voltage(14.26±3.96)μV was higher than that before treatment(1.09±0.55),(1.72±0.48),(6.72±1.83)μV, and the differences were all significant(P <0.05). Conclusion Pregnancy and delivery will make the maternal pelvic floor muscle strength and vaginal muscle weakness, muscle fatigue, postpartum POP and SUI increase, early pelvic floor rehabilitation can significantly improve pelvic floor function, conducive to maternal body recovery.
