摘要
目的分析人性化护理在脑梗死患者康复中的应用方式及其效果。方法选取2015年3月—2016年3月该院所收治的脑梗死患者60例作为研究对象,按照随机数字法分为两组,实验组和常规组。相同疾病患者采用相同治疗方案,两组患者均以常规护理为基础,实验组患者在常规组的护理基础上采用人性化护理。对比两组患者的生活质量。结果实验组患者的各项生活质量评分均显著高于常规组患者的生活质量评分,各项数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人性化护理在脑梗死患者康复中的应用效果显著,能够显著改善患者在治疗后的生活质量,更利于患者健康生活,值得临床推广。
Objective To analyze the application and effect of humanized nursing in the rehabilitation of cerebral infarction patients. Methods 60 cases of cerebral infarction patients received by the hospital from March 2015 to March 2016 were selected as the study subjects, and the random number method was divided into two groups, the experimental group and the regular group. The same treatment regimen was adopted for the same disease patients. Both groups were based on routine care, and the patients in the experimental group were treated with human nursing on the basis of routine group nursing. Compare the quality of life of two groups of patients. Results The quality of life of the patients in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the normal group, and the data differences were significant and statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Humanized nursing is effective in rehabilitation of patients with cerebral infarction. It can significantly improve the quality of life of patients after treatment, which is more conducive to the healthy life of patients and worthy of clinical promotion.
