摘要
目的观察分析使用干扰素联合喜炎平治疗小儿手足口病的治疗效果。方法随机抽选从2015年2月—2017年2月在该院接受手足口病治疗的36例患儿,将其根据排序原则随机均分为观察组和对照组,先为其进行常规治疗,然后再使用干扰素为对照组患儿进行治疗,使用干扰素联合喜炎平为观察组患儿进行治疗,对比分析两组患儿的治疗总有效率。结果通过治疗后,对照组患儿的治疗总有效率明显要比观察组低,并且皮疹愈合与退烧时间比观察组长,两组患儿在治疗总有效率、皮疹愈时间、退烧时间方面的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对手足口病患儿采用干扰素联合喜炎平进行治疗后,治疗总有效率得到明显地提高,患儿身体健康恢复较快,具有被推广至临床上的价值,可以被当作一线治疗方法来治疗患手足口病的儿童。

Conclusion The HFMD patients treated with interferon combined with Xiyanpinginjection after treatment, the total efficiency of treatment are improved obviously, children health has fast recovery. Is extended to clinical value, can be used as first-line therapy for the treatment of children with HFMD.
