摘要
目的分析比较血管性痴呆与帕金森病痴呆患者的认知功能以及抑郁状况。方法选取该院2014年1月—2016年12月治疗帕金森痴呆和血管性痴呆的患者200例作为该次的研究对象,对所有患者的认知功能以及抑郁状况采用蒙特利尔认知评定量表进行分析比较。结果帕金森病痴呆患者在语言、注意力等认知功能方面都优于血管性痴呆的患者,而帕金森病痴呆患者的抑郁状况低于血管性痴呆的患者。结论血管性痴呆和帕金森病痴呆的患者都存在有不同程度的认知功能障碍和抑郁状况,但是两者之间又存在着一定的差异性。
Objective To compare the cognitive function of vascular dementia and Parkinson disease with dementia and depression.Methods In our hospital from January 2014 to December 2016 for the treatment of Parkinson and vascular dementia patients 200 cases as the research object,on the cognitive function of all patients with depression and the Montreal cognitive assessment scale were analyzed and compared.Results Patients with Parkinson disease dementia in language,cognitive function is better than that of patients with vascular dementia,and depression in Parkinson disease with dementia than vascular dementia patients.Conclusion Vascular dementia and Parkinson disease All patients with dementia have different degrees of cognitive impairment and depression,but there are some differences between them
