摘要
目的分析探讨老年褥疮患者采取益气活血法治疗的可行性以及效果。方法将该院2016年2月—2017年2月收治的老年褥疮60例患者作为研究对象,随机分为两组后,采取不同方法进行治疗,对照组患者采用碘伏消毒加上0.1%的呋喃西林液湿敷,观察组采用益气活血法内服外敷治疗,对比两组患者的临床效果。结果采用益气活血法内服外敷治疗后,观察组治愈患者21例,好转患者8例,总有效率为96.7%,对照组治愈患者14例,好转患者11例,总有效率为83.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论益气活血法内服外敷在老年褥疮患者的治疗中临床效果显著,可改善患者的褥疮情况,减轻患者的痛苦,值得在临床中使用。
Objective To explore the feasibility of elderly patients with bedsore Yiqihuoxue treatment and effect.Methods In our hospital in 2016 February to February 2017 admitted 60 cases of bedsore in elderly patients as the research object,randomly divided into two groups,adopt different methods of treatment,the control group were treated with Iodophor disinfection nitrofurazone plus 0.1%the wet compress,the observation group with Yiqi Huoxue oral topical treatment,clinical effects were compared between two groups.Results The method of Supplementing Qi and activating blood internal and external treatment,patients in the observation group 21 cases were cured,8 cases were improved,the total effective rate was 96.7%,the control group were cured In 14 cases,11 cases improved,the total effective rate was83.3%,significant difference(P<0.05),there was statistical significance.Conclusion Yiqihuoxue medicine in the treatment of elderly patients with bedsores in significant clinical effect,can improve the bedsore of patients,reduce the pain of patients,worth in clinical use.
