摘要
目的研究阿托伐他汀与阿仑膦酸钠联合用药在中老年骨质疏松治疗中的应用效果。方法选取该院2015年2月-2016年2月收治的中老年骨质疏松患者70例为研究对象,将其随机分为观察与对照两组,给予对照组患者单独阿仑膦酸钠治疗,给予观察组患者阿托伐他汀与阿仑膦酸钠联合治疗,对比两组临床疗效。结果观察组临床治疗总有效率为94.29%,高于对照组71.43%,骨密度、骨钙素水平、VAS评分显著优于对照组。结论阿托伐他汀与阿仑膦酸钠联合用药在中老年骨质疏松治疗中的应用效果显著。
Objective To study the effect of atorvastatin and alendronate combined with medication in the treatment of osteoporosis in the elderly.Methods In our hospital from February 2015 to February 2016 were analyzed in 70 cases of senile osteoporosis patients as the research object,randomly divided into observation and control group two,control group were given separate alendronate treatment,observation group were given atorvastatin and alendronate combined treatment,compared the clinical efficacy of two groups.Results The clinical observation group,the total effective rate was94.29%,71.43%higher than the control group,bone density,bone calcium levels,VAS score was significantly better.Conclusion Atorvastatin Combined with alendronate sodium in the treatment of osteoporosis in elderly patients with significant effect.
