摘要
目的探讨三踝骨折的治疗方法和治疗效果。方法选取2010年1月—2012年9月该院收治的三踝骨折患者30例进行回顾性分析,选择最佳手术入路进行积极手术治疗,观察治疗效果。结果按照Kennedy踝关节功能评分,优20例,良6例,可3例,差1例,优良率为86.7%;手术后2周、1、3个月踝关节功能评分明显优于手术前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);30例患者全部愈合,骨折愈合时间平均为(15.4±1.3)周,术后皮肤感染3例,固定钉断裂1例。结论先采用外侧切口对外踝进行复位固定,然后采用内侧切口对后踝和内踝进行复位固定,是治疗三踝骨折的最优手术路径,能够取得良好的治疗效果。
Objective To investigate the treatment and therapeutic effect of three ankle fractures.Methods Three patients with ankle from January 2010 to September 2012 in our hospital 30 cases of fracture were retrospectively analyzed,the selection of the best surgical approach for active surgical treatment,the treatment effect was observed.Results According to the Kennedy score of ankle joint function,20 cases were excellent,good in 6 cases,3 cases,poor in 1 cases,the excellent rate was 86.7%;2 weeks after surgery,1 months,3 months of ankle function score was significantly better than before the surgery,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);30 cases were healed,the heahng time of the fracture plane Is(15.4±1.3) weeks,3 cases of skin infection after operation,fixation of fracture in1 cases.Conclusion The lateral incision of lateral malleolus for fixation,and then the medial incision on the medial malleolus after ankle and reset fixed,is the optimal surgical approach for ankle fracture treatment in three,can obtain good therapeutic effect.
