摘要
[目的]观察中医特色人文护理儿科中应用效果。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将168例住院患者按随机数字表法分为两组。对照组84例常规儿科护理。护理组84例特色人文护理。情志护理、人文护理、饮食指导护理、中医特色护理。连续护理7d为1疗程。观测满意度、遵从医嘱情况、护患纠纷发生情况。护理1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]护理组满意51例,一般29例,不满意4例,总有效率95.24%。对照组满意35例,一般32例,不满意17例,总有效率79.76%。满意度护理组优于对照组(P<0.01)。遵从医嘱情况护理组优于对照组(P<0.01),护患纠纷护理组低于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]中医特色人文护理儿科中应用,效果显著,值得推广。
[Objective]To observe the characteristics of humanistic care in pediatrics of traditional Chinese medicine application analysis.[Methods]Using random parallel control method,168 cases of hospitalized patients into two groups according to random number table method.The control group,84 cases of normal pediatric nursing.The treatment group 84 examples characteristic humanistic care.Of modern nursing,guiding of humanistic care,diet nursing care,Chinese medicine characteristics.7 d is 1 treatment course of constant care.Observation of satisfaction,follow the doctor's advice,nurse disputes occur.Nursing as a course,judge curative effect.[Results]The treatment group,51 cases generally 29 cases,4 cases were not satisfied with the total effective rate was 95.24%.The control group,35 cases generally 32 cases,17 were not satisfied,the total effective rate 79.76%.Satisfaction with the treatment group is better than that of control group(P<0.01).Non-compliance of the treatment group is better than that of control group(P<0.01),the dispute of nurses and patients in treatment group is better than that of control group(P<0.05).Characteristics of humanistic care in pediatrics of traditional Chinese medicine.[Conclusion]Application analysis,effect is remarkable,is worth promoting.
