摘要
[目的]观察益气养阴法治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将186例门诊及住院患者根据就诊顺序编号随机分为两组。对照组88例维酶素0.6g/次;叶酸片10mg/次;吗丁啉10mg/次,均为3次/d,口服。治疗组98例益气养阴汤(黄芪15~30g,蒲公英、山楂、木瓜、枳壳、炒白术、太子参、沙参各10g,丹参、当归、山药、茯苓各5g,麦冬、玉竹、佛手各20g,乌梅15g),2剂/d,水煎200mL,早晚口服。连续治疗30d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效51例,有效43例,无效4例,总有效率95.92%。对照组显效27例,有效36例,无效25例,总有效率71.59%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P【0.01)。[结论]益气养阴法治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎效果显著,值得推广。
[Objective]To observe the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis curative effect by supplementing qi and nourishing Yin.[Methods]Using random parallel control method,186 cases of outpatient and inpatient number randomly divided into two groups according to the doctor order.The control group 88 cases WeiMeiSu 3 piece/times;Folic acid 10 mg/time;Ding Lin 10 mg/time.Above are 3 times/d,oral.Treatment group,98 cases of qi and nourishing Yin decoction(Huangqi15 ~ 30g,Pugongying,Shanzha,Mugua,Zhike,Chaobaishu,Taizishen,Shashen each 10g,Danshen,Danggui,Shanyao,Fuling 5g,Maidong,Yuzhu,Foshou,20g,Wumei15g),2 agent/d,boiling water 200 ml,oral sooner or later.Syndrome differentiation treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions.Continuous treatment 1 treatment course,judge curative effect.[Results]The treatment group(51 cases were markedly improved,effective 43 cases,4 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was 95.92%.Control group 27 cases were markedly effective,effective 36 cases effectiveness and 25 cases,the total effective rate was 71.59%.The treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group(P<0.01).[Conclusion]The treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis,is worth promoting.
