摘要
[目的]观察生肌愈疡汤治疗郁热型胃溃疡疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将196例住院患者按随机数字表法分为两组。对照组98例奥美拉唑肠溶胶囊,20mg/次,1次/d,口服;克拉霉素胶囊,500mg/次,1次/d,口服;甲硝唑片,800mg/次,1次/d,口服。治疗组98例生肌愈病汤(生黄芪、蒲公英、白花蛇舌草各30g,乌贼骨20g,象贝母15g,大黄、三七各10g),1剂/d,水煎200mL,早晚口服。连续治疗28d为1疗程。观测临床症状、中医症侯积分、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。随访半年,观测复发情况。[结果]治疗组治愈57例,显效19例,有效17例,无效5例,总有效率94.89%。对照组治愈35例,显效16例,有效28例,无效19例,总有效率80.61%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。中医症候积分两组均有改善(P<0.05),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]生肌愈疡汤治疗郁热型胃溃疡效果显著,值得推广使用。
[Objective]To observe the effect of Shengji Yuyang Decoction in the treatment of stagnated heat type gastric ulcer.[Methods]Using randomized controlled methods,196 cases of gastric ulcer healing pattern of hospitalized patients were divided into two groups according to random number table. A control group of 98 cases of omeprazole enteric-coated capsules 20mg/,1 times /d;clarithromycin capsules,oral 500mg/,1 /d,oral;metronidazole tablets 800mg/,1 times /d,oral. The treatment group of 98 cases of myogenic more disease soup(Shenghuangqi,Pugongying,Baihuashecao each 30g,Wuzeigu 20g,Xiangbeimu 15g,Dahuang,Sanqi each 10g),1 /d,water simmer in water 200mL,sooner or later oral. Continuous treatment with 28d for 1 course of treatment,observation of clinical symptoms,TCM syndrome integral,adverse reaction. 1 courses of treatment(28d),curative effect. In 198 cases of patients were followed up for half a year,the observation of recurrence.[Results]the treatment group cured 57 cases,effective in 19 cases,effective 17 cases,invalid 5 cases,the total efficiency of 94.89%. The control group cured 35 cases,effective in 16 cases,effective 28 cases,invalid19 cases,the total efficiency of 80.61%. The treatment group was better than control group(P< 0.05). Two groups of TCM syndromes were improved(P< 0.05),the treatment group than the control group(P< 0.05).[Conclusion]the myogenic Yuyang Decoction in the treatment of stagnated heat type gastric ulcer,is worthy to be popularized.
